Three scholarships, valued at $1,500 each, will be awarded annually to students who are dependents of PEITF members, retired members, or deceased members.
- Two scholarships shall be awarded to a student attending an accredited university and who is registered for the student's final year of study.
- One scholarship shall be awarded to a student attending an accredited community college or equivalent post-secondary institution and who is registered for the student's final year of study. Those completing one-year college programs may apply for the scholarship the September following the completion of their program.
- Applicants who have been granted a PEITF scholarship in the past are not eligible to apply again.
The successful applicants will be announced by the Teachers' Federation no later than October 15th each year.
